Letsignit pricing for UK businesses

Letsignit pricing for UK businesses

Letsignit pricing for a UK business is published in pounds: its Email signatures and vCards plan costs £1.30 per user per month, and every plan is an annual subscription. For 50 users that is £780 a year before VAT.

Letsignit's plans

Letsignit's pricing page, read with pounds selected on 2 November 2026, shows four options:

  • Email signatures and vCards, £1.30 per user per month: signatures, campaigns, A/B testing, polls and digital business cards.
  • Slides, £1.30 per user per month: managed PowerPoint templates.
  • Platform, both together, shown at £2.10 per user per month with £2.60 struck through.
  • Enterprise, priced on request.

Its FAQ says plans are annual subscriptions, and that users added during the year are billed pro rata for the rest of it.

How each reaches the message

The price is not the only difference. Letsignit deploys signatures through its Outlook add-in and native connectors, and says plainly that it has no routing impact: mail is not passed through its servers. Footer365 offers a choice. It can add signatures on the server, through Exchange Online mail flow, so mail sent from phones, shared mailboxes and apps is signed too, and its Outlook add-in shows the signature while people write. Or, if you prefer that nothing changes in your mail flow, it can run on the Outlook add-in alone. How mail flows through Footer365 explains the server-side route.

Where Letsignit is strong

Letsignit does more than signatures: managed PowerPoint templates, vCards in Apple and Android wallets, Google Workspace support and a large support team. It lists ISO 27001 and 27018 certification. If you want one supplier for signatures and slides, that matters, and Footer365 does not offer slides.

Where Footer365 differs is in the bill and the terms. It can be paid monthly with no term, at £0.81 per user per month from 5 to 49 seats, where Letsignit sells annual subscriptions only. Its campaigns can repeat on a schedule; Letsignit's help centre describes one date range per campaign. And Footer365 publishes its data processing terms, where Letsignit gives its agreement on request.
