CodeTwo price per user in pounds, worked out

What is the CodeTwo price per user in pounds? CodeTwo does not sell in pounds: its one plan is priced in US dollars or euros, even to a UK visitor. At the Bank of England rate for 30 September 2026, its yearly price comes to between about £0.55 and £0.92 per user per month, depending on how many users you have.

CodeTwo's published prices

CodeTwo's pricing page, read in October 2026, lists one plan, Email Signatures 365, with the price per user per month falling as the number of users rises. It sells a minimum of ten licences, asks for a quotation above 500 users, and states its prices net of VAT. A licence is assigned to each user, and to each shared mailbox, whose mail is routed through the service.

We converted the yearly prices at the Bank of England spot rate for 30 September 2026 (series XUDLUSS), 1.3285 US dollars to the pound. Footer365's figures are its own, in pounds, for a 12-month term, excluding VAT.

Why the pound figure moves

A UK customer of CodeTwo pays in dollars or euros, so its cost in pounds changes with the exchange rate. A pound that buys fewer dollars next year makes the same subscription dearer, with no change to CodeTwo's price list. Your finance team may also pay a card or bank fee on a foreign currency payment. None of that is a fault of CodeTwo's; it is what buying in another currency means. Footer365 invoices in pounds, so the figure in your budget is the figure on the invoice.

Shared mailboxes and the seat count

The other difference that changes a bill is what counts as a user. CodeTwo's licensing counts a shared mailbox routed through its service, because Microsoft 365 treats it as a user. Footer365 gives shared, room and equipment mailboxes signatures without charging a seat for them, as shared mailboxes and seats explains. An organisation with 50 people and ten shared mailboxes pays for 60 licences on one and 50 seats on the other.

Where CodeTwo is strong

CodeTwo is a capable product, and it is fair to say so. It publishes every price, it lets you cancel at any time, and it offers a 14-day trial that can be extended to 21 days. It covers most of what an administrator needs for server-side signatures in Microsoft 365. If its price in pounds suits you and the exchange rate does not worry you, it is a reasonable choice.

Questions about CodeTwo's price

Can I pay CodeTwo in pounds?

Its pricing page offered US dollars and euros only when we read it in October 2026, with no pound option for a UK visitor.

Is CodeTwo cheaper above 500 users?

CodeTwo quotes above 500 users, so there is no published figure to compare. Footer365's price per seat keeps falling, to £0.36 per user per month from 1,000 seats on a 12-month term.

Does CodeTwo charge VAT?

Its page says its prices are net of VAT. Footer365's prices are also shown before VAT.
